I am very weary of how political views have taken over awards shows and I no longer watch them.
So I am hoping that the Superbowl will be fun and entertaining still???
I no longer watch any awards shows either! Besides being too political, they are full of people who are unknown to me. I have seen one of the Budweiser Super Bowl commercials already on Facebook. Usually the halftime show doesn’t have anyone I’m interested in. I am not a football fan, but this year especially, neither team is a winner.

I’ll be watching Hallmark channel’s kitten/puppy bowls!

Although I would love to say I won't watch, I know my love of the game will draw me in -- unless I get another offer. But I don't give a rodent's behind about either team. So once again, I must pull for the lesser of two evils. So Rams it will be. And I am hoping their defense can put CryBrady on his backside a few times. And that someone can stop Gronkowski. Of course, these two teams have both benefited this year from some very lop-sided officiating, so it should be interesting.

Well, KC could not get him on the ground. Maybe the rams will have better luck or skill.

The Today show started revealing some of the Super Bowl commercials this morning, will go on through the week. Maroon 5 featuring Adam Levine (one of the judges on the Voice) and some rappers and hip-hop guys will be the halftime entertainment.

I have some movies that have been on the DVR for a long time so I think that's what DH and I will be watching while the Super Bowl is on.

I think that is a good idea.

Not interested in either team, or the way they got there, and half time doesn't sound that entertaining.

Sometimes people talk about a team "backing in" to a big game. Not this time around. These two teams were HANDED their SB appearance on silver platters!!!

Its official....Mahomes wins MVP and offensive POY..... player of the year. A heck of a start. To bad the super bowl was not in the cards in his first full year. Hopefully a very bright future ahead of this talented young man. Now Andy needs to build a defense to go with the offense talent.

It was great that not only was he named MVP, the voting at 41-9 wasn’t even close! No one can say he didn’t sing it fair and square. Yeah, Andy has to seriously clean up the defense this off season or that talent at QB is a waste. Getting ride of Sutton is a good start. I have to wonder what player moves they’ll make. Seeing a lot of people on Twitter fussing over whether Houston and/or Ford get cut. Also, a lot of people calling for them to cut their losses as far as Eric Berry is concerned. The thing with Berry is that they really can’t move him until June 1 due to his contract. By that point, it’s really too late to do much there. His contract eats up a lot of the salary cap. A lot of folk are hoping Houston’s contract can be restructured to make room in the cap for some new talent. No real consensus on either him or Ford. People pretty much torn on both. I think they could both work nicely in to a 4-3 defense. Houston especially. It’ll be interesting to see what moves they make.
