Shareable Meals
I will be in town for a couple of days with my daughter. I am wondering about places that you think offer affordable and sharable meals. She is only nine, and we decided to go LITERALLY today (the very last minute). As it will just be the two of us, I am wondering where we might go that we could easily spit a meal. Some places have huge portions, and she is not the biggest eater. Thought this might be a way to stretch our dollars a little bit.

The Hungry Hunter, on 165 about a mile or so past the dam, has large portions for breakfast and lunch. (They close at 2 PM.) Breakfasts are huge! They usually offer a daily lunch special for around $9.95. What I like most about them is that they have delicious homemade soups, and they will allow you to substitute a bowl of soup for the french fries in their special sandwich meals. I get so tired of french fries with everything; so that’s a great option for me! Great food and very friendly service!

Speaking of Sharing
When DW and I eat pizza, we share a large, usually bought at a discount.

Ruby Tuesday has a BOGO today only. Usually best to check to see if the deal works in Branson.

Don't know if it fits your appetite, but the BBQ Nachos (chicken or pork)at Dannas are huuuuuuge. Likewise the Pulled pork fries at Pickin' Porch Grill.

Papa Grands Pizza Buffet at Grand Country Complex... Pizza, Salad, Pasta, soup.. i think 9.00 each.. There is a new Mexican place just south of Shoji theatre, free chips and salsa, entreas are huge and fairly priced.. I am sure you could find something to split.. enjoy your trip!

We share an entrée at India Clay oven regularly. We frequently purchase a sandwich with an additional side and split the sandwich.
