Claygoods NYE already!

Yes, tickets for the awesome New Year's Eve Extravaganza combining the best two shows in Branson are now being sold.
Get 'em soon because, like every past year, it will be a sold out event. But that's pretty much expected with the amazing, and exciting talent, great buffet, prizes, and surprizes.

It will be sold out no doubt!.

As you probably remember from years past we will be a little further East for another great show on NYE>! Have had reservations for that event since Early in the year.

Hmm...kinda like going to Walmart in June, seeing Hallween stuff displayed...or August...seeing Christmas stuff on the floor....or going to buy SUMMER clothes when it warms up in April-May...and the shorts and bikini's are gone..replaced already by FALL/WINTER sweaters and coats...Or, heaven forbid, go into a department store in freezing weather of February to buy a new insulated coat...and THERE are all the shorts, bikini's and sandals....yea...so why not put NEW YEARS EVE tickets on sale now, the first few days of June, when we all are just beginning to prepare for summer...sure...yea...makes sense...

So, by that statement we understand you dont make plans early.. always wait until what? the last minute?.. hmm.. ?

RJ and I, along with many other members of this forum must be doing thing wrong all this time..

Questions for you.
Do you know where Thanksgiving will be this year for your family?
What about Christmas Dinner, where is it at this year?

EXACTLY what I was thinking!!! My heavens - there are some things you can wait and book/do at the last minute. But when you're talking one of the most popular events of the year, you'd best not have that attitude because you snooze, you loose!!!

I agree! We've had our New Year's Eve seats reserved since the day they went on sale! This way we know we've got great seats!

EVERY show we present, we can count on people calling the box office the day of the show and saying something like “I need four tickets in the first row,” or “can you get me a couple tickets, they need to be on the aisle in the first five rows.” Then when we tell them we are sold out, or the best available tickets are in row 25, they actually get upset and can’t believe we don’t have any tickets in the front center section. Congratulations to people who purchase their tickets ahead of time, that’s the best way to assure you get the seats you want. The Haygoods are smart folks, and that is why they put tickets on sale early. They want their biggest fans to be able to get tickets before they sell out. That’s called taking care of your customers. Good job.

I also have my front row tickets for the Haygoods Christmas show at the Rickman Auditorium in Arnold Mo. on December 20!

Oh yes, I plan MANY things in advance....IMPORTANT things....but I will NOT buy Christmas presents in July,,,seriously,,,how do you know you are still gonna like those people 5 or 6 months later??? Plus, its a rush to be out Christmas Eve...you know..the SEASON...buying things for people you still like! I also will NOT buy Halloween junk in April..or Thanksgiving things in June...or Valentine Cards or candy in December, 2 days after Christmas is taken off shelves! I get an urge to buy a new jacket when its cold...not when it’s 95 degrees and I am in the hayfield. I will take my current girl to get her new smoking hot bikini when it’s SMOKIN HOT outside, not when there is a foot of snow on the ground.. I also will not buy a New Years Even show ticket in Frigging May/June....I could care less about NYE at that time...I won’t miss anything...as there are many other shows I can attend on New Years Eve...where I can pick up tickets between Thanksgiving and Christmas...If anyone else want to do things 6 months earlier, I could care less. Knock yourselves out, I am just stating what I prefer and what I do.

There are reasons to reserve the seats you want early. Probably good reason to shop early as well. But I guess if you live in an "Oh well, anything will do world, planning early doesn't really matter.
Buy early, get the seats you want. Wait 'till after Thanksgiving, and sit in the back row of the balcony, or go to a show of lesser quality.
The Claygoods show will be sold out, and probably mostly by Thanksgiving.
