Attention--all you golfers out there---

My husband loves to golf, and we go to Thousand hills every time we are in Branson.

That is the only place we've gone in Branson, however.

Please give me some recommendations on the other courses around.

I'd much rather play Holiday Hills, which is east of Branson on Hwy76 a few miles.
It's more like a "real" golf course. Not so many par 3's as TH's, which has 9!
If you can stand the green fees ($100+), Branson Creek is one of the best courses in the midwest.
I've played top courses all over the country, and it rates right up there with the best of them.
Ledgestone is also a very nice course, but not up there with BC.

thanks for the info!!! My short game is much better than my tee-offs, which is probably why I like thousand hills. (I'm a lefty with a nasty slice).

kari, my hubby's favorite course in Branson, is without a doubt, Branson Creek!

When we were in Branson, last year, there was a golfing 'deal', where you could play Branson Creek, and Top of the Rock, both for $90.
I don't know if they still have that, or not.
Actually, it was at Top of the Rock, where we found that deal.

Kari, I play TH, too. It is 5 minutes from where we stay and it was perfect for my kids. But now they can out drive me so I am looking around also. Golf for 3 can get expensive. Has anyone played the public course? Is it still open?
