we saw him in Toy Shoppe last fall, before the show started he came out and sang a couple songs and he was very good, we all said at the time it's to bad he doesn't do a regular music show. I checked the dates awhile back and he will be there when we are in Branson this summer, unless something else comes up we are planning to go to his show.

found time here at work to click on the link and read the story in the original post, sounds like it will be the type of show lot of people have been asking for, live band, high energy attempt to appeal to a younger crowd. hope he is successful

Yes, thank you biscuitcreek. Until last year, I had never heard of Billy Dean, but after reading that article, I think I'd like to see his show on one of my Branson visits this year.

I bet that if you do see him, you will recognize some of his music. When we saw his Larry's Country Diner show, we were surprised at how many of his songs were familiar. He has written some hits that other artists have recorded. I am not familiar enough with him to list any of his music, but check out his website and see if you recognize anything.
