SCHOOL HAS STARTED IS IT TIME FOR HOLIDAYS YET? LIKE LABOR DAY,CHRISTMAS,HALLOWEEN,CHRISTMAS, THANKSGIVINGS AND CHRISTMAS.

GET THE MESSAGE. ITS SHOULD BE SOME OF THE BEST TIME OF THE YEAR.

Seems like once we celebrate Labor Day, the holidays are here.

Lots of fun times ahead. We celebrate all holidays in Branson so that makes the holidays even more special.

Already looking forward to our Christmas Buddy Gift Exchange, the theaters all lit up, the Trail of Lights, Thanksgiving crowds in Branson, welcoming in the new year in Branson and spending time with board buddies and locals through the holidays.

In this area, we don't start school until September. However, I went yesterday to set-up my classroom.

Schools around here used to all start on the same day.

Now, it seems that each school district starts on a different day. Some parents have told me they move the start and ending of the school session up so much, they have to change their vacation days away from days in August.

Back in the dark ages, when I went to school, we always started after Labor Day.

Fall/Early winter is my very favorite time of the year!!! Looking forward to apple and pumpkin picking, picking out a Halloween costume for DD, Christmas shopping, turkey eating, holiday baking and putting up the Christmas tree and just spending time with my wonderful family. And hopefully there will a weekend Branson trip in there somewhere too.
