Which stores are opening?

Can any of the locals tell us which stores on Branson Landing will be opening on May 26? How about you Kid Future? Do you know the scoop?

Children's Place

I met a lady last week who worked for the Children's Place. She said she was coming back to Branson on the 26th to open a new store, so I know that will be one of them for sure.

I guess that won't be a Children's Place Outlet Store.

I think that Branson Landing is a great idea...but please keep the Branson Outlet Stores.

I know that I will do my part by shopping in those outlet mall stores each trip to Branson.

As of today, there's been no formal press release for which of the 55 stores will be opening the 26th. The only notice so far has been "Famous Dave's" which is scheduled for 10:30 am that day.

In “construction time”, May 26th is still far away. I spoke to an electrician last week who is working down there and he said he's never worked in a more chaotic environment. All crews are scrambling at a hectic pace to get these tenants done.

Several of the business won't commit to being opened if they're not going to be ready. A formal press release will be out soon though. Give it another week.

It's one of the main reasons we visit Branson too! I love the outlet malls

49 stores will open for the Branson Landing Ribbon Cutting this Friday, May 26, at 9:30 AM. Magician Performer, Darren Romeo will be the host MC. Entertainment will be provided by the entire group of Branson Landing Street Performers.

Stop by if you can! Since many of you don't use your photos for your avatars, please be sure to say hello, since I won't know who to look for!

went Friday the 26th

I know the Disney Store is not open. That was one of the reasons we went. Couldn't tell you which of these others didn't open for sure but there was a lot of papered windows and workers there.
It was nice none the less and I will go back about July. Maybe the fountain will be working and all the stores open then. I would rather them take their time and build well and solid than fast and furious . Once it is finished it will be very nice. They have trolley service from one end to the other making several stops.
Happy Branson-ing!

Isn't there a Disney store at Tanger?

White House Black Market is one store. That and Hollister are about the only stores we don't have here. I can't wait to visit though, just because of the atmosphere.

I hope they keep the outlets separate, but they should really work on them. Maybe combine all 3 of the outlets since the Red Roof and the one at Branson Mills are really running out of tenants. I'd also like to see them add some better stores. The outlets in San Marcos Texas are AMAZING! Branson probably couldn't support a Neiman Marcus or Saks, but the outlets would probably do well. I'd be up there like every week! If they are going to keep the outlets, they need to do it right!

The outlets are San Marcos are plentiful that's for sure... but I'll tell you they are MUCH better in the past few years.... I miss the Speigel outlet though... and the Pepperidge Farm.. They were my favorites. The one thing San Marcos DOESN'T have is the DEEP DISCOUNT Pfzallgraff outlet ... I can only get THAT in Branson....

What are the names of the outlet malls in San Marcos? Is there one that is best? Worse?
