Earl Campbell Hot Links

NFL fans will recognize the name Earl Campbell, and sausage lovers also know him for good eats. His hot links were always in the fridge in Texas, but I had never found them in Missouri until last week.
There they were, right there in the Branson West Wal*Mart.
What a glorious day. I know sausage is bad for you, but I'll take the risk.
These links are a bit hot, but they sure are good. They barely fit in a bun, but it can be done. Best when cooked in your broiler.
Check them out, you won't regret it.

Earl ampbell, known for his hot links and his BBQ. Good stuff, (but my old gut doesn't tolerate the spice too well anymore).

Good to know they're available locally... now if I could just find some decent bagels and pastrami.
