Thumbs down Best Buy off Bee Creek

I don't know how often anyone ever goes in there but the place smells... really really bad. Like... dog urine or stinky socks. Both times I've gone in there it's just been gag worthy. I've let their door folk be aware of it both times too, and the first time they said they'd look into it, the second I was given a reason/without a resolution.

Sadly I used to enjoy best buy, but now I'll take my business to radio shack.

You only want cell phones, and tablets? Don't know what RS you are talking about, but that's about all the ones around here have. Well, the couple that are left anyway.

Oh gosh no, not a cell phone. I had originally went in there the first time hunting for a portable usb power charger. The guy I talked to immediately tried to sell me a $125 item, not wondering what I was trying to buy.

In the holiday season for 2011, I bought my first cdma using phone, and the first one I got was from the best buy in okc, and... it was crap, but it was the most expensive one I could afford in the store... Needless to say I went to a wal-mart for it the next time I went to buy...

Needless to say, they've had more then enough chances to do right by me.

I go in there all the time for business purpose. I haven't noticed any smell. I have however noticed the sales people are swimming around like sharks to "help" out anywhere they can. I don't need help. If I need help, I will come and ask you.

I quit going there a few years ago after I had a male salesperson ask me if he could help me. I told him I was going to the bathrooom. He and another salesperson followed me all the way back to the bathroom area. Then another 2 tried to "help me" in the same aisle. They were less than 4' from each other.

I quit going there after the second time of going in for a specific item and being told... "We don't have that here, but we have it in our Springfield store." So, I think to myself... Then why in the name of everything common sense did you build another store 36 miles away if you are just going to tell people to go to that store to get what you want???

never shop there.. they always try to upsell you, and don't care what you want... that is there training, nationwide....

someone else sell what they do and will appreciate your business..

always try to shop local....

Not sure if all those comments are about Best Buy, or Radio Shack.
My experience here has been quite opposite (Best Buy). The last TV purchase was very pleasant. The sales person was helpfull, and not one bit pushy. In fact after talking with me about what we actually wanted in a TV, the size of the room it was going in, and what type of programming we watched he suggested a model lower in price than what I came in looking for.

You know you have a problem when your fart lasts weeks.

My comments were specifically about the Branson Best Buy.

Your lucky I guess, maybe they profile you a bit differently then they would some others (such as myself).
