Harbor Freight Tools

Has there ever been a Harbor Freight Tools store in Branson? Seems like it would fit well.

Probably would, I know the Spfd one is always crowded when I'm there.

No, no! I spend enough at Harboe Freight when I'm at home. I sure don't need one in Branson.

Well, quite a few in some states fairly close together, say 80 miles.
Their website shows 5 within about 20-25 miles around the Lou.

My personal rule for Harbor is-----if it plugs in or has a gas motor, read the reviews very carefully. I generally don't buy it. But other stuff, sure, and they always have plenty of coupons.

What exactly does one use "tools" for? Annie decided to buy me a "guy present" for Father's Day this year. It looks something like this:

I really like the color and it looks very cool. But what is one supposed to do with this marvelous "tool"? Generally when I need some kind of work done I just use the phone and my debit card.

Annie bought it for me because she saw me struggle with my old drill the one time I used it in the past 20 years. The lock on the gate to to my back yard fence went to heck and my beloved puppy Kenzie escaped. Fortunately she was returned about a half-hour later. But the people who returned her had almost hit her on a busy road near our house. Thank God they picked her up and called the number on her tag. I decided there was no time to try to call someone. I had to buy a new lock and install it myself. Not very easy with Emphysema and a 35 year old drill. But I did it. My sweet wife wanted me to never have to struggle like that again.

Actually, if she would quit smoking so I wouldn't have to live in second-hand smoke, that would do me a lot more good than the drill. But that seems impossible, so I appreciate the tool. Even if I never actually use it.

If you'll meet me when I'm up there I will give you a $20 for it.

My husband would love it! He is such a tool freak, I don't need to buy him any, he buys himself a ton of them!!
