Thumbs up Great Customer Service Award

The other day I stopped by Wal*Mart (BW) to pick up some chain saw oil.
I really wasn't sure if they even carried it , but I figured it would be in the garden section if they did. I must have had that lost look cause a guy who was stocking shelves asked me if he could help me find anything.
Dang right--got chain saw oil?
He says, sure, you go all the way back to the very last aisle ( this is a looong way back as we are at the front of the store.) Anyway, he says, go to the last aisle and make a left, the oil is 3 feet from the far end and will be knee high on your right.
I say thanks and head out not believing for a second that this will really work considering this guy does not appear to work anywhere near where he is sending me. So I follow the directions, and sho nuff there it is--one small row of chain saw oil, right where he said. For fun, I measured the distance from the end. He said 3 feet--it was 37 inches. I eased my rather attractive bare knee over to the shelf, and yes--a perfect alignment. Amazing.
If I see him again I've got an even tougher test in mind..

The tiles in most walmarts are 12"x 12", while the shelves are usually in 4ft or 8ft sections, depending on the department, meaning that the 36" is the best guestimate a stocker could give.

But can you explain the knee high?

Nope, because I've never met the stocking associate that works in that department, that time of day, but I would guess it has something to do with their height or the height of the OP :3

That's pretty good Mr Punch, we ( clerk and me) are of similar highness.
To me, the remarkable thing is that he could nail the location of this single, small quantity item, considering this did not appear to be his department.
