Stick Figure Drawings on Highway

I don't know if this a symbol used all over or if it's just something in Oklahoma, but i'm curious if anyone knows what a stick figure drawing on the highway stands for?

twice lately on a Sunday been away from home and seen this apr 1 foot long drawing of a head, two arms and legs, about every mile to two miles on two different highways. I've searched on the internet with no luck

hmmmmm......that one wasn't on the 'sign test' I had to take yesterday when I
renewed my drivers'license. Can't remember ever seeing anything like that.
Maybe it's an 'Okie' thing!

Sure it's not supposed to be an airplane? Or their getting tricky!!!
We have them on straight, clear stretches of interstate highways at exact, measured distances for the Highway Patrol planes, and helicopters to use to time traffic for speed traps!

Really! I've never seen them here in Missouri! Maybe that's why my only time to get stopped for speeding was the time a highway patrol plane 'clocked' me driving too fast!

Around here, we have tiger paw prints on the roads to the schools....

Maybe a stick man is the school mascot?
