Yep, over flow parking was, well, overflowing.
OTOH, if you could put up some moisture, the crowd yesterday was light.

We were at SDC yesterday (Sunday). OMG was it ever cold! Some lake effect (I think) snow and a much more manageable crowd.

a record

Silver Dollar City is celebrating a record day for attendance.

The park reports an all-time record high for guests at more than 28,000 Saturday.

Speaking of SDC traffic:

If I had a dollar for every time I've said they could drive through the intersection in the righthand lane, then turn around and go right in, we'd have a place at the lake.

The one that stops in the righthand lane, and waits to cut in would be the first one that should do that.

OK, one more time, just go on through in the righthand lane, turn around, and go right in.

depending on where you're coming from--we're in Arkansas--you can go through Berryville and/or Blue Eye and then through Kimberling City/Branson West and turn right into Silver Dollar City.

I have notice the people in the right lane trying to get to left lane,

I will stick with longer route, only a few miles longer but no traffic,

It amazes me what this area can do with traffic as it it not a major metro area like disney and others,
