Shepherd of The Hills
A Branson business owner told me that Shepherd of the Hills entire complex is being closed. I knew that the play and the Sons of the Pioneers were either closing or moving but thought that the homestead and maybe the Tower would remain open but she said no. Has anyone heard anything definite?

From what I read in the paper, the Sons of the Pioneers didn't "choose" to move; they were told they had to move.
The website has a big banner "Returning in 2014" and below that is listed Inspiration Tower/Vigilante Zip Rider, Homestead Tours, Super Summer Cruise Car Show, Trail of Lights, Christmas on the Trail. http://www.oldmatt.com/ |
