I've never had trouble booking at Thanksgiving.

I am booked for Thanksgiving, but I did it probably 3 weeks ago. I think you can still find a place, just keep calling around.

All the Choice Brand hotels look like they have rooms (Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Clarion, EconoLodge). La Quinta has rooms. However, busy time for bus tours. Maybe that's what's happened with the ones you're checking.

Clarion was the one the computers were down, thought they had rooms but knew they were booking up fast and said to call back in a day or two. the Hampton Inn on the strip is the one that was full.

couple place we called had went up on their summer rates a little, not bad but they were a bit higher than last year, winter rates were identical to last year when we called.... that's nice to know. having visited New Mexico and Colorado the last couple years for a couple nights.... I can say overall rates are pretty reasonable in Branson.

We had a bad thunder storm, last night. Maybe that had something to do with their computers.

DH had to go out and knock the snow off our 'dish' this morning. Last night late, I couldn't 'sign on' to anything....not this morning either. But once he did that, everything is hunky dory again! We have AT LEAST 3" of snow on the ground and still snowing hard. This one is a heavy, wet snow!

i'd say it was around noon time yesterday when we called. it was just the one place that didn't have their computers going.

the Hampton Inn seems to always fill up early for Thanksgiving, we usually call in Feb or sometimes as early as Jan.

last 2 years we've stayed at one of the Comfort Inn's, they still have rooms available.... just got to decide which of the two we want this year.

thinking about the snow in Missouri.... looked at the web cam on Saturday and they had water in the bumper boat ride and there were people on the boats.

Green Mountain Inn

Call me. I have some rooms left right now.
Let me know how long, and how many people.
