Fatal ATV Accident

https://www.ozarkradionews.com/local...n-atv-accident

Rough day for a rural mail carrier. He's the one who discovered this; he just caught it out of the corner of his eye, down in the woods, as he drove by.

Very sad and the delay in finding the accident victim reminds me of the poor guy who went flying off the side of "H" a couple of years ago on Gravely Hill.
(Guardrails ?....we don't need no stinkin' guardrails ). Only after several hours did a passing motorist happen to see that car far down the hill up against a tree that had gone through the windshield. The two-man responding Mercy Ambulance crew had to drive by two times before they found the location.

Not sure that ATV accidents should be included in fatality statistics by Troop G. It's an off-road vehicle not equipped with required automotive safety devices.

Have to laugh at the sensationalist Media reports that always state the victims of ATV or Motorcycle wrecks were "ejected" from the vehicle. I guess they are trying to tell us they should have been wearing their seat belts ?

Pretty much how DW's brother happened to see her as he drove by on his mail route.
