Where is Flat Creek restaraunt located, I googled it and showed that it was north and west of Branson West.? is that correct?

Is it a Locally owned business?

with all this talk about how good their food is, I may need to check them out.

Actually Cape Fair is the original and they built another in Republic. Now they have bought out Billy Gails and plan to fuse the two, keeping as much Billy Gails as possible but bringing in some changes from Flat Creeks business side and some new dishes from Flat Creek. More selection, more parking and more hours to name a few from what I can tell.

I haven't eaten at Flat Creek yet - but have never heard a bad review, everyone raves about the food.

I had given up on Billy Gail's, in addition to the parking, I haven't ever been too impressed by the food. I do love the fellowship we've had there though, and it is why we returned.

I look forward to visiting Billy Gail's Flat Creek in the near future!

Hopefully neither the name, or anything on the great breakfast menu changes. Same with the friendly, excellent staff.
Add a couple things to the lunch menu if they feel it's needed. Extend the hours to make it a place to get an early dinner. But leave breakfast alone!!!

Here, here! I could not agree more with everything you said. I just never went anymore because the parking situation was so bad and the wait was frustration. This should be a very good answer for them, and I look forward to going back. I can’t imagine Flat Creek making changes that aren’t necessary. I’ve never had breakfast at flat Creek, only lunch/dinner, so I’m not sure they would add. I am very excited about who bought Billy Gail’s. Smart move!!!

I always saw a consistent crowd there, hey, why not "franchise it", which of course would not work......but hey.....the 2nd best option.

Why not? No doubt millions of visitors to Branson never ate at the Original one...so just find an old abandoned dumpy store or gas station (maybe the old Fina in downtown Branson), leave it the way it is, maybe drag a few rusted antiques and drop then helter-skelter around the sides of the building...old time "country-fy" the insides, creaky old floors, etc...then hire some good cooks that know how to create TOP QUALITY country style breakfast's...no fancy-smancy French or European junk, or "California cuisine"...then just open er' up and see what happens! Maybe the new owners have the funds and bandwidth to do this! It would be many peoples first visit to "Billy Gails"...

LOL< be interesting to see..

I know they added 50-60 seats (I think).,
The larger more organized parking lot will be nice..

Hopefully the table turnover will be faster,

Looking very forward to the new;y remodeled facility.

For those with mobility challenges/walking, apparently there is going to be a shuttle of some sort from the expanded parking. "going to have a shuttle from new parking lot to help with the long walk" per their facebook page.
