Maggie Moo's is now rebranded to Marble Slab Creamery - Same owner and same ice cream

Maggie Moo's Branson is now reopened after the tornado! If you're in Branson go see the newly remodeled AND rebranded store: MARBLE SLAB CREAMERY. Maggie is still the mascot and the ice cream is the same...just a different name as the company re-brands itself. Right on Hwy. 76 across from Wal-Mart...go get ya some.

I was wondering that too, so I did a little digging (seriously, just a little, please correct me if I'm wrong) and it looks like both Maggie Moo's and Marble Slab are owned by Global Franchise Group, LLC. Apparently, they also own The Athlete's Foot and Great American Cookie.

hmmm....well i'll be dipped in.....ummm....chocolate. I was always kinda fond of Maggie Mooz.....but the Athlete's Foot kinda turns me off being associated with ice cream. Now that we are thinking out loud, wasn't there a connection with Marble Slab and Cold Stone once upon a tyme??

All Maggie Moo's are being rebranded to become Marble Slab Creamery's. This was the perfect time to go ahead and do it since the store had to be redone anyways from the damage. It is still the same ice cream! Just a different name...Maggie Moo will still be the mascot of the Marble Slab brand.

Didn't know Maggie Moo's and Marble Slab are one in the same.. that's interesting!

Here in South Texas we have a hand dipped company out of Austin called Amy's ... oh MAN that stuff is good! There aren't many .. mostly Austin - one in San Antonio and one in Houston ..

They have a Cinnamon Ice cream that is out of this world..

If y'all are ever down this way you need to give them a try..

There's a place in Nixa (for those that don't know, Nixa is between Springfield and Branson, closer to Springfield), called Cruisin USA Frozen Custard...it's definitely BETTER than Andy's. I'm in Springfield, and I drive past 2 Andy's, to go to Cruisin USA in Nixa.

The base vanilla custard is just so much better. It's a thicker product, with a better flavor, imo.

You obviously haven't been to Cruisin USA

What's your favorite (or a couple of them) at Andy's?
