Looking at Facebook pics on news sites and looks like it was pretty nasty yesterday on the roads in Branson, lot of pics of accidents

Just saw the Weather Channel app is predicting 3-5" of snow Wednesday night!

Sorry to hear that. Have had to cancel my last two trips to Branson due to the weather. I am soooooooooooooooooooo ready for spring.

Looking at the forecast maps from Wed on thru next weekend it shows wind chills below 0, Friday morning looks the worst down in the Springfield - Branson area it shows -24 wind chills and up in the KC over to middle Mo it shows - 32 to - 37 wind chills. it shows my area in the minus 15 to minus 20 range. had enough of this junk last Feb.

Well there is Branson ice, Missouri ice, Texas ice, Oklahoma ice, Arkansas ice, and more today. How is everyone doing?

The Little Rock TV stations keep saying north central AR is getting snow. We have been getting sleet since last night and it is still coming down. There has been a little snow at times but not much. The ground is covered and crunchy. The creek in front of our house is starting to freeze, already have ice patches in the water.

We’ve got somewhere around .25 inch ice and around an inch of snow and a real temp of about 22. I’m not complaining, I talked to my sister this morning, she lives in a suburb south of Denver. She has 10 inches of snow and a real temperature of -7.

we've made it up to about 10 degrees with a pretty good wind and we've got several inches of powdery snow today.

All I wanted was enough snow for a couple of bowls of snow ice cream. Didn't even get enough for a thimble full.

Ice storm here -- didn't think it was going to get to our area until 3, arrived at 11. Barely made it home from the dentist office, truly white knuckle driving. Saw 1 bad wreck with 3 vehicles that went off the road in a big curve.

Thanks BC for keeping all of us updated on the Branson weather.

This year has been a mess in the entire midwest. I have fought it from the KC area to Branson. I am sooooooooooooooo ready for spring.

Me too. Hang in there. I think the worst 3 months are jan, feb and march and we are half way through that now.

there was some pretty cool pics of Branson on facebook yesterday with the sleet and ice everywhere, one I liked was a pic of a long line of cars headed up Mt Branson that couldn't go anywhere, they were just sitting there.

here in nw Ok we missed out again, not real disappointed hate ice but would take a big wet snow storm... it is so dry here. we are according to the MESONET records close to 140 days without receiving .25 inches of rain, that's about 4 plus months of no moisture.

This morning in north central AR we are having freezing rain with thunder.

Doesn't look good in Branson this morning.
