The Hungry Hunter

This was by far my favorite meal of our entire Branson Trip last week! We went for breakfast, it was not crowded like I thought it may be but we went on a Friday morning. My husband ordered the two eggs with ham and biscuits and gravy and a pancake and I had the ham and cheese omelet with hash browns and biscuit and gravy. There was enough food to feed two or three more people lol. I took my leftovers and ate them for breakfast the next day in our condo. The pancake was huge and good even though it was a little tough to cut. The service was good and prices also. Be careful opening the little wooden box on the counter next to the register, my husband got me good!

Shhhhhh! We aren't telling anybody in an attempt to avoid 45 minute to an hour wait for a table for breakfast like at Billy Gail's.

We eat here at least once a month. For just the 2 of us, it has never been more than a 20 minute wait. Usually 10 minutes. Love the food and the owners/staff. Top notch operation!

I have seen many times a family of 4 arrive, find out there is a wait list and then see the whole family go back to their cars while looking at their phones for somewhere else to eat. I want to say: Billy Gails will have a longer wait!

Sorry, didn't mean to spill any secrets! This place would definitely be worth the wait if there was a wait.

I try to eat at the Hungry Hunter every time that I am in Branson. I’m here now, and have already eaten there twice, once for lunch, and once for breakfast. I like the western omelette, and yes I had leftovers. For lunch, I always substitute the fries for one of their famous homemade soups! Yummy!

We passed by here on the back way into town going to Danna's for lunch. We'll have to give it a try the next time we're in town!

I guarantee you will not be sorry that you did! Whether you order breakfast, or lunch, everything is delicious and served with a smile.

Let him get the three egg omelet with hash browns and he might look like a hippo when you leave!

I dont know adresss,,
but go south on TB Dam,
Past the Showboat,
Go past a couple of curves,
you will go past the MArina turnoff,
Located on Left side of road.
there are other buildings there also.
You wont miss it.

Enjoy, always good food..

It's at the front of Branson Stagecoach Campground, just before the road that goes to Trophy Run.

We tried it out for the first time last week. DH ordered a short stack, fortunately the waitress talked him out of it. The one pancake he got was huge, and it filled the whole platter even when it was flipped in half.

I meant to get the hash browns with my scrambled eggs, bacon, and biscuit so I will have to try those the next time. The bacon was some of the best I have ever had.

We liked the food and service. In our opinion we like the cinnamon rolls from Hurts Donuts and Grandma Ruth's better than the ones at Hungry Hunter, but the ones at HH are pretty good.

Oh yeah! So much food and so good! Can't wait to go back. Discovered this place not long after they opened and we love it! Great staff too!
