REVIEW: Billy Bob's Dairyland - Good burgers and shakes!

My husband and I both decided to try a cheeseburger here after hearing such good reviews. The waitresses were all very nice and the burgers were good. The waitress told me that they had awesome onion rings, so I decided to try them. I personally thought the onion rings left much to be desired. I wasn't a big fan. They weren't the breaded kind, just fried in batter, which is okay, but not what I was expecting. I also got a hot fudge shake, which was absolutely awesome. A little expensive, but good. My husband got a cherry coke and said it was the best he's had in years. Would definately recommend.

This is one of the few places that will actually cook the french fries until they are really crisp.

I had the onion rings when we went last summer. Frozen, right out of the package. Very ordinary to below average. I thought they were really overpriced also. Everything else we got was great.

We ate there Sat. (17th), and the cheeseburgers were great!! Will definitely go there again. I had the onion rings, and they were good--not as good as Sonic's, but good.

Where exactly is Billy Bob's? I saw something on the food network one time and the Oak Ridge Boys were raving about it but I can't seem to place it.
