Are the small trees coming back from suckers left in the ground or did they gouge it too deep? I would think by now some cover would have started to take over again. What a mess that is for sure. It amazes me they tear things up so bad when the trees could have been utilized in the houseing areas etc.

Perhaps I was just seeing things, but I thought when my dh and I drove by this morning on our way to Branson that a bunch of pipes were along the road and another pile was just down the way as well as one down by one of the buildings. I also thought it looked like one of the buildings was being torn down.

Anybody else see this? Or has it always been that way? You would think that since I drive by daily, I would be more observant. I think I had more time to look because I was a passenger.

Also, does anyone know what is going on across the road beside Notch Inn? I have noticed construction work. They were even working in the dark tonight (Usually I am already home by the time it is dark)

Here's article from the 3/30 Springfield News-Leader. Has Indian Ridge had ANOTHER fine or is this the outcome of the November court case?

What's with that faux-medieval castle look being popular around here in late 90's and early 2000's? I've noticed quite a few commercial buildings in Branson developed in that style too and always wondered WTF??

Part of Indian Ridge ordered sold by Stone Co. Judge

The holler with those buildings was just ordered sold at the end of july by judge stephens in galena. you can read his judgment and order to sell the property by going to the state of missouri judicial website. find case net and do a search by case number 09sn-cc00092. when the case comes up click on the docket entry tab to get to the online judgment.

Does this represent all the real estate or only a part?

i realize that the market sux and thats a hindrance but if the water and sewer is in, thats worth quite a bit. I recall the roads were just muddy ruts and that will cost a lot to put in for sure.

I think it will go for about $400,000 or so. Just due to location. someone will reach out there and take the risk and prob lose it too. takes about 5 foreclosures on subdivisions before anyone makes any money and completes it.

k
