College of the Ozarks Honors Mr. Louis Zamperini WW II POW and Olympian
 Louis Zamperini, left, with Jerry C. Davis, President of College of the Ozarks, being honored for his service to his country in WW II, where he spent 47 days on a life raft in the middle of the Pacific becoming a POW who was singled out for torture because of his prominence as an Olympian in the 1936 Olympics, and his service to God and humanity as a missionary of Gods love and forgiveness. |
