Through this illegal baby broker that Billy managed to find (long story), Billy and Victoria "adopted " Lucy. The judge took Lucy away from Billy and Victoria and gave custody to Phyllis; at the time Daisy was in favor of it. Daisy went to jail for her many crimes.

Lucy being taken away caused the split between Billy and Victoria which led him to leaving town and going to the foreign country where he met Chelsea and where he landed in jail....

I don't know, I use to try to guess but have been wrong lately. Guess I knew the former writers better.

I used to be able to watch the last 10 minutes of Y&R when I got home from work, but my guys watch Jeopardy now, so I don't get to see it anymore. You all have to post what's going on on the show.

Yes Blaze that is what I say. Past time for her to pay up. Some people on here who have not watched the show as long as we have think she is a goody goody. I hope that Victor having Sharon and Nick working together again they will finally get back together.

I think Phyllis is mentally ill. The people surrounding her continue to deal with her as if she were sane. I've seen that in real life. You can't use logic with a 3-year-old and expect an adult outcome.

Read in TV Guide that Colin (Genevive's husband, Cane's father) is coming back for a couple of episodes in May.

I just read that Jill (Jess Walton) is going to take a 6 month break from Y&R. Her son and daughter-in-law are getting ready to have a baby, and Jess wants to be around for the birth of her first grandchild. She does say that she plans on coming back.
