We question how the judges came up with some of these finalists.
I'll go out on a limb here, early as it is, and say Jessica Sanchez
should walk away as the Winner of AI 2012. She's by far the best!

I agree Blaze....Jessica blew it away with the Whitney Houston song "I will always Love You". She's by far the best girl singer. I really like Phillip Phillips (Who would name their son the same first name as their last)? He is a great entertainer.

Anybody watch AI tonight? One male contestant (Jermaine) was disqualified for having outstanding arrest warrants. But the big moment was Joshua Ledet singing "When a Man Loves a Woman".

Joshua was outstanding with his "When a Man Loves a Woman"! He was the best of the night, in my opinion! I still like Skylar and Phillip. I can't really get into the show this year, like I have in years past.

Me too!

Now I love the black boy...he is absolutely amazing. So many are..big voices.
But unique and different,....musical ability, and depth of feeling...The Piano mad did for me last night.

I think the Asian boy is good, but............he is a smarty pants, spoiled brat of a kid...funny yes, funny no...........he doesn't sound serious about singing...and I believe to become a star, one must take the ''singing'' serious at this point in this contest..........lots of big voices here that will be going places....but the ''feeling'' is what the Piano Man has.

There are so many Idol kids who didn't come out on top...who are now bigger than the winners....I saw the blond long haired country boy from several years back...on Ellen yesterday.....they kind of poo poo'd him back during the show he was on...but he was a serious contestant with as good a voice as any....he has a CD now and looks great and sound great.

After all these years of watching Idol...you don't have to win on the show to become an American Idol. For example: SMASH.

The person most changed by the ex-spirts , EVP, went home.

She didn't deserve it.

Oh, I'm sorry, the white girl with the black hair (this week).

What's up America?

I'm not a big Idol fan, but do channel jump when it's on just to see some of the talent. that is until last night when I watched most of it. For the last time!
To send that girl Erika, who was a fantastic singer, home while keeping whoever Heejun or whatever is shows simply that it's fixed so they have some kind of goofball until the end. Let the talent shine, and get rid of the goofball comedians and I'll watch again....Maybe.
