Wonders of Wildlife
Has anyone been to this and if so how was it? I have been to Bass Pro but was thinking of taking my kids to the WofW.

They will Love it
This is the best cross between an interactive museum and a zoo as I have ever visited. My wife and I loved it and I know that your kids will also have a great time. Worth a trip to Springfield. Hay, you might even consider a stop off at Lambet's Cafe on the way home. Yummy!

WoW is GREAT! It's great for kids and grown-ups. Can't go wrong.

Next question, Is the WoW worth it by itself or is it important to add the Hunting & Fishing Galleries to our ticket. Also do you know of any discounts

SilverMallard 07-04-2006 07:28 AM

No discounts that I know of. WoW is struggling to meet financial goals in terms of admission revenue. They've lowered the admission price a time or two already.

WoW is great by itself. But the hunting and fishing galleries are interesting if you're into trophies and records. Bass Pro's collections are among the finest in the world.

They offer a family pass on a one day admission for two parents and their kids. We've done it twice - I think it is about $30 for the entire family and it is cheaper that way than buying individual tickets for each one.

On the same ground as the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World superstore in Springfield...at Campbell and Sunshine.
