Osmonds' Thank You Concert!

Went to see the Osmonds' Thank You Concert on Saturday night. It was a fabulous show!! The Rankin Brothers opened. Did a great selection of Oldies. This group is very talented, and we all very much enjoyed them! If you ever get a chance to see them, do so. They were very good and very well received!! Audience got a big kick out of it when they did "Puppy Love", introducing it as "one we THINK you'll know"!! LOL!!

After about a 20 minute intermission, which many of the audience used to get professional pictures taken with The Osmonds, The Osmonds came out, wearing some great Red, White and Blue leather jackets. They did most of the songs they have been doing this season, and did it with a flourish!! The sell-out crowd was incredibly enthusiastic and resopnsive. Really, nothing much was said about the way things turned out with Branson Mall Theatre, with the exception of the fact that they will be back in Branson and are NOT going anywhere!!

All-in-all it was an awesome evening!! I know of some who were to be there but couldn't make it...and as I know you heard, you missed an awesome evening!! Wish you could have been there!! Had a great visit with Marjorie!!

Thanks for posting! Glad you had a good time! Unfortunately, I was feeling under the weather and we had to cancel. There was no doubt in my mind it wouldn't be a great show! We're very sorry we missed it. But, I'm sure there will be more!!

Sorry you had to miss it. But you're right -- there WILL be more!!! Merrill said Saturday night -- as well as at the appreciation luncheon a group of Osmond fans hosted for the Osmonds and their band -- that they will be making an announcement in the next few days. Can't WAIT!!!

The Osmond luncheon and concert were fantastic. Goes to show again how devoted the fans are to the Osmonds and the Osmonds are to their fans. I'm so glad to hear they will remain in Branson. Can't wait to hear where. :D

It was as good concert and it was great seeing , Bransoncutie, Majorie, and Sparki there. :)
Our lunch at Gilleys was a blast too. I'm hoping they'll make the announcement this week as to where their new home will be .. :)
