My family will be arriving in Branson on July 5. We currently have reservations at Outback Roadhouse Motel & Suites. I originally thought this to be part of Outback Steakhouse but have since come to realize NOT. Does anybody know anything about this property? Is it a nice place to stay? Clean? Kid friendly? We have 4 children ages 2, 10, 14, & 16. Also I was wondering about any shows that might be able to keep them ALL happy. we are planning on doing Silver Dollar City, Celebration City and Whitewater....WHEW...if mom can hold up...but I was also wondering about other shows during the evening...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Cindy:)

with sdc, cc, ww, you might look into Dixie Stampede, used to be you could get a discount by going to sdc properties.
several magic shows in town that might interest the kids.
maybe something along the lines of the acrobats or cirques show.

All what you mentioned is wonderful for families!!! My kids loved White Water last year and SDC is always great! Shows we've enjoyed and I have teenagers and young kids.......Haygoods, Legends, any of the 50's, 60's or 70's shows are always fun as well. Jimmy Osmond's show was great last year as well - haven't heard much about this year's performance.
The go carts and/or miniature golf is great
It's fun to rent a boat or pontoon and take a day on Table Rock Lake as well - we love getting on the lake for a day or so.

Thanks OkieAnon and LauraAnn....we did the Dixie Stampede last year on our visit out to Gatlinburg Tennessee, which I might add was an awesome vacation and I would highly recommend the Dixie Stampede to anyone with small children. we had a blast...so that is an option again for this year but thought we might try something different instead. Thanks for the advice.
