Yakov Shows Nov. 26 & 26 Cancelled

Due to a family emergency Yakov has cancelled his shows scheduled for Tuesday, November 25 and Wednesday, November 26.

Customers with tickets already purchased; please contact the theater at 417-336-3838 to make arrangements for ticket exchanges or refunds as needed.

Yakov’s regularly scheduled shows will continue on Saturday, November 29;

Joe Diffie shows continue as scheduled (November 28-December 11).

I'll never forget the time I was behind his Mom in line at Wal-Mart. She was $.08 short of what she needed. The clerk wouldn't budge and instead made her begin to dump out her purse on the counter. I realized what was happening and quickly came to her rescue as she was attempting to dig through the contents of her purse. She couldn't believe that a total stranger would do such a thing .. kept saying how people in America are so kind .. Then as I was leaving she had her assistant at the door picking her up .. she made quite the scene attempting to repay me the $.08 that I loaned to her.

My thoughts and prayers are with Yakov and his family.
