I just made them today for my nephew for his birthday. He loves them and it took me all of five minutes to make. They are fat free also!

What size pan do you use?

I am at work so I don't have the size but it is a standard jelly roll pan. I use a Pampered Chef stone jelly roll pan actually.

I'm going to show my ignorance here and ask if there is a difference between a cookie pan and a jelly roll pan.:duh:

I've never made a jelly roll so I don't really know what a jelly roll pan looks like. I was assuming it was a cookie sheet with sides on it. I knew there were several different sizes of those.

Someone please help!

It's a long pan with sides on it. A lot like a cookie sheet. When I get home I can get the measurements for you.

I assume it's just the dry cake mix.

Yes, that's it the dry mix and the pie filing.
