If you don't laugh out loud at this one, call the morgue and reserve
a tray, because you are dead.
Always wear clean underwear in public, especially when working under

Your vehicle...From the Northwest Florida Daily News comes this story of
a Crestview couple who drove their car to Wal-Mart, only to have their
car break down in the parking lot. The man told his wife to carry on
with the shopping while he fixed he car in the lot. The wife returned later
to see a small group of people near the car. On closer inspection, she saw
a pair of male legs protruding from under the chassis. Although the man was
in shorts, his lack of underpants turned private parts into glaringly
public ones. Unable to stand the embarrassment, she dutifully stepped
forward quickly put her hand UP his shorts, and tucked everything back into
place. On regaining her feet, she looked across the hood and found herself
staring at her husband who was standing idly by. The mechanic, however,
had to have three stitches in his forehead.

Don you have the ''best'' memory for a mature individual...........

YUP that's his CB handle, and it is/soon to disappear, from/on his FRONT BUMPER,...a license plate with MECHANIC on it....this past couple of weeks, he had his SANTA on the grill too.......everyone, it seems, knows the Santa.......you know that truckers become like next door neighbors, as they pass each other during the work week........

oh the reason the Mechanic Plate is leaving is because....his bumper got kinda smooshed in the accident, and soon there will be a bright shiny new one there...new fenders and grill.........

Petercar is actually getting a ''nose job''. :D

Actually along with being a mechanic, when he was full time farmer, part time trucker, he was also a part time body and fender man, and he customized/painted cars in the shop, out there.
(I did the airbrushing :D)
And, he was/is the major welder in the area....the place they all came during harvest, for farm implement patches.

Whew...now that I'm rambling, its amazing the part-time things we used to do, to make the ends meet at the end of the month.:faint:

Still having to sell 5 calfs, end of October, to pay for Christmas and Taxes.:o
