What with the recent news of Denny Yeary and Jimmy Ponder being hospitalized, as well as the death of Frederick, along with past tragedies in the Baldknobber organization, it seems that Branson performers aren't having a good year. I hope all turns around and we don't have to hear of anymore incidents like these. All these people work hard with considerable pressure on them to perform both on stage and in the box office. I don't envy their responsibilities.

I don't believe that Dennis Yeary is hospitalized. Wasn't it Shelia Yeary who took a fall?

Branson is a small, friendly town populated with people we feel like we know.
I too, hope that some of my favorite town's folk get better soon.
And I will miss Fredrick who entertained so well and so graciously.

Dennis Yeary was the MC of the Kirby benefit. He seemed fine! What happened?

I got that wrong. It was his wife who took a tumble off the stage. Sorry for my mis-information. I thought I had posted the correction, but it must be out there in cyberspace somewhere.

Sheila fell backstage. My friend Chisai Childs was there and said that they were walking back stage down the steps and she missed one of the steps. She is at home and recovering with ankles that are pretty messed up. Denny is still performing though. He did not fall.

Dennis Yeary was at Doug Grabiel's show this morning. He's fine.
