Found this info, sounded like lots of fun----
The Incredible-Edible Pizza Company will open its doors in Springfield in August.
“On my right here is a drive in movie theatre." A drive-in that you walk into and park yourself not in a car, but at a table. “We show old Elvis Presley movies," said Rick Barsness, owner of the restaurant.
Once it's complete, the 42,000 square foot building will hold plenty of typical summertime activities. “Indoor go-cart track, miniature golf course based on route 66, 9-holes of miniature golf, bumper cars all kinds of family fun," said Barsness.
Fun to be had rain or shine because it's inside the Incredible Pizza Company building on South Campbell. “We wanted South Campbell because the museum down the street, brings a lot of traffic," said Barsness.
Barsness wants to take customers back to another era, the 50's. “This is Emerald City from the Wizard of Oz," said Barsness.
The family room even has a "Leave it to Beaver" front door, inside they'll show Leave it to Beaver and My Three Sons’ re-runs.
Barsness is not worried about the squeaky clean image the restaurant will project, it's the reason he decided to locate here in Springfield. “We like the conservative views, the Christian atmosphere, this is good clean family fun, no smoking, no alcohol,” said Barsness.
The restaurant is definitely targeting a certain audience. “Youth groups, church groups, soccer leagues," said Barsness.
And Barsness is not worried about driving away customers who may want a more adult atmosphere, he says that's not what this restaurant will be about. “Mom, dad and the kids, that's what we're all about," said Barsness.
Barsness says they hope to attract 17,000 customers a week to Incredible Pizza.
The menu will include an all you can eat buffet with pasta, a 100-item salad bar and of course, pizza.
