We went to the Jim Stafford Show last night.
We have been to see it several years and enjoyed it.
Have used MissouriBargains several times for tickets this vacation
and always gotten great seats!
We were very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!
We had 4 adult seats and the 3rd one was broken!
The seats go up when no one is sitting in them
and go down when a person needs to sit down.
This seat would only adjust 1/2 way down!
We immediately notified the staff.
Initially were told that the maintance would fix it.
Then the reply came back.....if nobody comes by the end of
the first song, we could move to another seat location
(4 empty seats directly to the left of our group).
Of course, 2 of those empty seats filled up during
the 1st number directly to our left.
The other option offered was to move directly to the
BACK of the theater.
I went directly to the front box office and very nicely
told them about the broken seat.
"I allready TOLD them to TELL you that YOU
could move to the back row!!!!" was the nasty reply.
I very nicely shared w/ the nasty front box office
that I was just thankful that my 80 year old
mother was not sitting in that obviously broken
3rd seat.
I shared that we had placed the shortest member
of our group in that seat as to not block the very
kind folks from Colorado behind us.
They immediately saw the seat problem we were
having and that we DID NOT BREAK the seat.
The music was 75% prerecorded. Same old jokes.
His two cute children are on stage and did a nice
job....except it was prerecorded music from them too.
I am VERY UPSET WITH THE JIM STAFFORD THEATER!!!!
