REVIEW: Yakov Smirnoff

On this trip...we got a chance to see Yakov Smirnoff for the first time. It was great...he is so funny, we both laughed until we hurt. He definitely knows how to work the crowd..and a huge crowd it was..almost full with folks of all ages. Being that it was our first time...we were pleasantly surprised at his show...especially when he talks of his coming to American. He is truly a very patriotic person, and one can just feel his sense of pride when he speaks of coming to this country and be made a citizen. He is very entertaining, and seems to so enjoy making folks laugh. As for his sidekick, "Slim Chance"...oh my, what an entertainer he also is! We hated that we had passed this show up before, but we will be seeing it again...it is a wonderful show.

Our favorite show! We see Yakov on every trip to Branson. He is so funny and Slim Chance is great also.

Amazing Show

I didn't know what to expect - well, I expected a lame show, for some reason.

We were shocked and surprised at this wonderful gem of a show - gem of a man (what an incredibly talented artist!!) - talented cast of dancers.

Slim Chance is the comedic juggler/all-around funny guy who works with Yakov. Absolutely hilarious!!

This is a great show for all ages - not a single inappropriate thing. Very moving, too.

Yakov is wondeful! We giggled the whole night long!
