Nearly 12,000 sq. ft. lodge, constructed of massive Engelmann Spruce Logs from Western Colorado, blended with native stone and glass, rests on 26 acres at 101 Happy Hollow Road, Blue Eye, MO. It is approx. 15 min. south and west of Branson (Hwy 65 south to Hwy 86 to UU to Happy Hollow Road. The lodge will have four rooms and one suite for rent. The lodge has a grand entrance into a great room with a stone fireplace, media center, fitness center with sauna, hot tub, covered parking, large deck, balconies, and flagstone patio. All with fantastic views.
