REVIEW; THE HAYGOODS

My family of four, including two twenty-something daughters, saw the Haygood show Sat. night. Although it was an enjoyable evening, compared to last year's show, we didn't think it was quite up to par. This year's show included lots of 50-60's music, patriotic, and gospel tunes. They opened with 50's music and white suits.....hmmm, not dynamic enough to not to keep one captivated and on the edge of your seat. There are many elements to the show that keep a visitor entertained - acrobatics, flying beach balls, and a variety of musical instruments showcased. We have seen the Haygood before, so it seemed to us that the most talented of the entertainers took a step back and let the others come forth. We think this had an impact on the show. The Haygoods are known for their harmonies, tap dancing, and violin playing (something they all do). It was included in the show, but has definitely been better in the past. Buy the 07' CD if you want to see the best of the Haygoods, and spend your money on another show. Although it's full of energy, it's not their best effort. In our opinion, it was a good show, but not really a great one.

REVIEW: The Haygoods

Well...I've heard about seeing this show again since last summer. Ok...I must admit I used bribery to get our oldest daughter to go on vacation with us if we promised to take her to the Haygoods.:D She's at the age where who wants to go with mom & dad....until I mentioned the Haygoods.

Oh boy....the place was packed...we managed to get the last row tickets...my mistake for not getting them earlier. The baloncy was not packed...but that's not where the action is in case your lucky enough to get personal contact with the "boys"..lol. Next time it would be worth the extra $'s to sit in the VIP seating....just so my girls can be up front and center.lol.

Lucky for daughter we had the last row seats...out came Patrick to stand and usher people to the seats...lucky for her she was sitting right there and signed her ticket and briefly talked. And when your a teen....that's so awesome.

The show is VERY HIGH ENERGY....gosh those boys are talented. (of course Katherine is talented too!) From playing all the instraments, singing and dancing...that place was rocking.

Enjoyed the songs through the era's....of course my girls perferred the current hits. But daughter said they could sing the ABC"s and that would have been fine too.

Another highlight was when Shawn came out into the audience during the beach song...and shook daughters hand....which meant he came clear to the back.

The boys know how to work the room and keep the audiences pleased....entire family enjoyed this show.

The Haygoods have us hooked....we're fans!!:)

REVIEW: The Haygoods

I really enjoyed the Haygoods Late Night Concet this past Saturday night.:D When I went, I really didn't know what to expect because I've never been to one of their shows before. I was really surprised at how good they all were. I especially liked it when they sang they Eagles song "There's a Hold in the World", they do a very good job! They did have some sound problems, a couple of times it sounded like the microphone was squealing but other than that I think it was great. I would like to see the regular show now. I took pictures and will post them in the gallery later today.

The Haygood Show!

Wow, this show is amazing! I first saw the family perform at Silver Dollar City in Branson and was amazed. I went back last year for the first time since I had seen them at Silver Dollar City and was even more amazed at how much they have added to the show and how talented everyone in the family is! These guys can do it all! Sing, dance, the whole thing! And with one sister who is able to keep up with and often out do her brothers, the show is complete. There's a great energy at the show and you can tell that the Haygoods just really enjoy what they do, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. And not only are they amazing on stage, but they're really nice down to earth people who will talk with you and are more than happy to take pictures with you after the show... When you're in Branson, this is one show that you definately want to go see!

The Haygoods...WOW!

After being a frequent visitor to Branson for the last 5 years, we decided to see The Haygoods show....we had read good reviews from many, but mainly because we were taking a 14 year old girl with us, and thought she would enjoy it.

Boy, that was an understatement!!!! We were on the front row and she loved it, as did my husband and myself. This is one terrific show, it is one of the highest energy shows that we've seen in Branson. The music itself is great, as they play and sing selections from all eras, AND as they all have wonderful voices....even the younger two are well on their way. The show is non-stop great music, and dancing, with a few special effects. They are all multi-talented, and oh my gosh, can they dance. They have something in their show for everyone, something that will appeal to all ages.

After the show, the guys were so friendly, (and cute!!) and Taylor had her picture made with each and everyone, and they seemed more than happy to do it. They made her feel really special!

I thought this was a "teeny-bopper" show, but I was wrong. We will see this show again and again, and I would highly recommend it for all ages.

The Haygoods Show is one of the best shows in Branson. It gives off such a good energy and it's fun to watch and be a part of. A trip to Branson is not complete unless you make a stop to see this show.
