Why would you eat at a chain. When you come to a town like Branson try the local dives. The service is always better and you might fine a real gem. Red Lobster is frozen crap

We live locally and love going the the Red Lobster. We continue to go back for the great service and food.

Last time I ate there I got very ill. I am not sure if it had anything to do with the food or was just coincidence. Nevertheless, when I called the manager to find out if anybody else had gotten ill he seemed very curt and unconcerned. I haven't had the nerve to go back, and wasn't particularly enthused about the quality of customer service. I would have thought that an apology along the lines of "If it was something you ate, I am terribly sorry" and "I'll check with the other managers to see if anyone has called", would have been in order.

Besides, Red Lobster is pretty much institutional style seafood and certainly nothing to rave about. So I won't be missing it much.
