Level 2 Steakhouse has opened. The signature item for the restaurant is our 28 day aged beef that is brought in from Kansas City. The meats are prepared in our 1600 degree radiant oven which seals in the juices and cooks the meat to the desired temperate in a faction of the time.

Other features are our extensive list of sides, such as macaroni and cheese and creamed spinach that are healthy enough for two. You’ll want to leave room for our special gooey butter cake. Chef Nathan has taken the Midwest’s beloved cake and brought to a whole new level. Once you taste it, you’ll be hooked.

Level 2 Steakhouse is open for breakfast, serving Hilton’s signature breakfast program, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Complimentary valet parking is provided.
